These terms govern your use of Suggestly operated by Suggestly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service
Suggestly lets you create public feedback boards, collect suggestions, and manage votes and status. Features depend on your plan (Free or Pro).
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Publish illegal, infringing, harassing, or malicious content on public boards.
- Attempt to disrupt the service, bypass limits, or access others’ data without permission.
- Use the service in violation of applicable law.
Public boards and your users
You are responsible for content on your public boards and for providing appropriate privacy information to people who submit feedback. We may suspend boards reported for abuse or legal violations.
Plans and billing
Pro is billed as a recurring subscription via Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. You can cancel via the Stripe customer portal; access to Pro features ends when the subscription ends.
For consumers in the EU/EEA: digital services begin immediately after purchase. Where applicable law grants a withdrawal right, you acknowledge that performance begins on your request and may affect withdrawal for the current billing period — see Stripe receipts and local consumer law.
Intellectual property
We retain rights in the Suggestly software and brand. You retain rights in your content. You grant us a limited license to host and display your project data to operate the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months for claims arising from the service.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
